/features

Everything a travel operator actually runs the business on.

Everything, already connected. One platform. No per-seat games. The list below is what's in the box — not a menu of add-ons waiting to hit your invoice.

Everything, already connected.

/verticals

One product that speaks your vertical

  • · Eight verticals in one platform — air ticketing · visa · tours · yacht & charter · hotels · cruise · car rental · transfers

  • · Vessels + APA for charter, IATA BSP for ticketing, supplier allotments for hotels, appointment tracking for visa — the tools each vertical actually needs
  • · CRM, customer portal, double-entry accounting and the AI spine stay identical underneath — the vertical is specialised, the books are not separate

/ai ledger

One credit, one action. No asterisks.

Every AI feature debits a transparent credit pool. Inbox drafts, voice memos, business-card scans — each has a published price. Credits reset monthly on your plan. Run out? Features pause cleanly; they never charge overage.

Inference runs on OpenAI, metered to the credit so you always see exactly what each call cost you. Self-hosted and Enterprise deployments can bring their own OpenAI key and run it in their own cloud.

/double-entry ledger

Accounting, not an add-on.

Every issued invoice, every supplier bill, every payment posts a balanced journal to an 84-code chart of accounts — the books are always up to date. Fiscal periods lock at close; backdated writes into a closed month get a "use a credit note instead" error, not a quiet corruption.

Tax engines for TOMS (UK/EU) and KDV (Turkey) ship in the box. Supplier bills arrive by email, pay-runs export standard SEPA bank files, and airline BSP statements reconcile automatically. At the group level, intercompany balances eliminate automatically — three entities close a shared month in a single click.

E-invoicing where the law demands it — FatturaPA for Italy, e-Fatura + e-Arşiv for Turkey, HMRC MTD for UK VAT, Peppol pan-Europe. Mandated formats pre-stage on invoice issue; a "Compliance" chip on each invoice shows what transmitted and what's rejected.

/unified inbox

One thread per customer. Every channel.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice notes, in-person meetings, ad-hoc text notes — every touchpoint lands in the same customer timeline, in order. Reply from anywhere; the advisor handling the next task sees the full context.

The inbox uses the same AI ledger as the rest of the product. One inbox draft = 1 credit. The same thread the customer sees is the same thread your forecasting engine reads for pipeline weighting.

/customer portal

A portal your travelers actually open.

One branded space for the whole journey — trips, documents, group chat, checklist, secure pay, post-trip feedback. Customers install it to their phone home screen and stay close to your agency, not a third-party marketplace.

Studio plans and up serve it at portal.yourdomain.com with your own logo and theme color. Group bookings split cleanly: shared itinerary for the whole party, private document vault per traveler. After each trip we render a downloadable memory book — the small detail that turns a transaction into a returning customer.

/forecasting

A dashboard that tells you when it's wrong.

Every Monday, the forecast backtest compares last week's predictions against what actually happened. The owner dashboard publishes the accuracy alongside the next forecast — so you know how much weight to put on it.

Pipeline forecasts are stage-weighted and explainable — click any bucket to see which trips contribute. Churn signals appear 30 days before the usual "where did that customer go" conversation.

last 4 weeks · forecast vs actual

w-4 forecast $48,200 actual $46,810 −2.9%
w-3 forecast $51,000 actual $53,720 +5.3%
w-2 forecast $44,900 actual $43,200 −3.8%
w-1 forecast $57,400 actual $56,910 −0.9%

/reports

Reports the spreadsheet can't write.

Most travel CRMs bolt on a generic BI grid and wave you toward Looker. That work is fine but fungible — anyone can ship "row + column + filter".

The wedge is the already-linked graph: trips, invoices, supplier bills, portal activity, feedback, AI usage and company groups are connected from day one. Per-trip P&L with actual-vs-quoted drift, intelligence coverage on upcoming trips, portal-engagement → rebook correlation — the kind of report that's hard to reproduce in a generic BI tool. The connections are travel-specific, and they're already built in.

17 preset reports. A custom builder for the cases we didn't think of. Reports run in the background — you get a bell and push notification the moment one is ready. Multi-entity consolidation with FX translation on Enterprise.
