1. What you're agreeing to
These terms are an agreement between you and Lydira LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By signing up for Lydira you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If your organisation has a separate signed Enterprise agreement, that agreement takes precedence. A workspace opened in Türkiye contracts instead with the Turkish company, Lydira Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi, under the Turkish terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Invite your team through Settings, don't share logins: each seat is scoped to a real human.
3. Your data
Your operational data (customers, trips, communications, commissions) stays yours. We process it on your behalf under the jurisdiction-appropriate DPA. You can export or delete it at any time.
4. Our service
We'll keep Lydira up, make reasonable efforts to prevent data loss, and be transparent when something breaks. We announce material changes at least 30 days ahead.
5. Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you choose.
- AI credit top-ups are one-off purchases; they never trigger a subscription change.
- Failed payment → 14-day grace period, then the account is suspended.
- Price changes: at most once a year, announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to you, and no more than 15% per change for an existing subscription. On an annual plan the new price starts at renewal. If you don't accept it, cancel before it takes effect and you won't be charged the new price. AI credits you've already bought are unaffected.
- Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed, so you can try Lydira before you pay. Subscription fees, monthly or annual, are not refunded: cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan open until the end of the period you paid for. A top-up pack is refundable within 14 days if no credit from it has been used, and a duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded.
6. Acceptable use
You won't use Lydira to do anything illegal, abusive, or designed to harm third parties. That includes: spamming, harvesting customer data for unrelated purposes, and using AI features to generate content that violates the provider's terms.
7. AI features
Every AI feature runs through OpenAI, our AI provider. Their terms apply to the inference itself. We meter what you use in transparent credit units and never charge overage; see how our pricing works for the pricing model.
8. Termination
You can cancel any time via Settings. We'll keep your data accessible for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it, then purge it from primary systems (backups roll out within 90 more days).
9. Liability
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the cost of substitute services. Direct-damage liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. This doesn't limit liability we can't lawfully exclude (fraud, gross negligence, etc.).
10. Governing law
Laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, with the usual exceptions for mandatory consumer-protection regimes.
