Do you charge per seat?
No. Plans are flat for a band of advisors — Studio covers a small team, Agency is flat regardless of headcount. Growing your team doesn't grow your bill. The only metered thing is AI usage, and that runs through a transparent credit pool.
What happens when AI credits run out?
AI features pause cleanly until your credits reset next cycle, or you top up. They never silently bill overage. Every AI action has a published credit price, so you always know what a call costs before you make it.
Is Lydira just for trip planning?
No — that's one vertical. It runs air ticketing with BSP reconciliation, visa case management, tour operations, yacht charter, hotels, cruise, car rental and transfers, each with the operational tools that vertical needs, plus a full-service mode that combines them.
Does it replace my accountant's software?
It complements it. Lydira is the operations product and keeps a real double-entry ledger; your ERP — Logo, Mikro, Sage, QuickBooks or Xero — stays the system of record. Journal push to your ERP and bank-feed reconciliation are rolling out.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Full structured export of every record plus every uploaded file is self-service and always on. If you ever leave, you take your book with you — no export fee, no support ticket, no lock-in.
Can I move my data in from another system?
Your data is never locked in — full structured export is always on, including every uploaded file. Coming the other way, tell us what you're on today and we'll help you bring your customers and trips across.
Do you support e-invoicing where it's mandated?
Yes — e-Fatura / e-Arşiv for Turkey, FatturaPA for Italy, HMRC MTD for UK VAT and Peppol across Europe. Mandated formats pre-stage automatically when an invoice is issued.
How do you handle KVKK and GDPR?
Jurisdiction-specific DPAs, a live sub-processor registry, a full audit history on every record, and self-service data export and erasure. Access requests are answered in minutes because the audit trail is account-scoped by design.
Is single sign-on available?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier — SAML and OIDC against Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace or Keycloak.
Can I self-host?
