/about
We're building the operating system for travel agencies.
Running a travel business in 2026 still means living in eight different tools — a CRM here, a booking tool there, commission sheets in a spreadsheet, the accounting in a system that's never heard of a trip, client conversations spread across Gmail and WhatsApp. We're pulling that sprawl into one product: every product line you sell, the customer relationship around it, and a real set of books underneath it all.
Why us, why now
Travel agencies didn't die when Expedia arrived — they pivoted. The humans who plan honeymoons, navigate visas, and call the DMC when a flight cancels aren't competing with online travel aggregators; they're competing with Google, ChatGPT, and the anxiety of "what if I book it wrong". The advisor's job has stopped being "find the flight" and started being "make sure the whole trip doesn't blow up".
That's a software problem — and a wider one than "another CRM". Incumbents started with contacts and bolted on an itinerary builder; the ones that went deeper picked a single niche and stopped there. We built for the way agencies actually trade: a ticket consolidator, a visa desk, a tour operator, a charter broker and a full-service shop each get the operational tools their vertical needs — on one shared spine of CRM, customer portal and double-entry accounting.
The wedge isn't the booking screen; anyone can ship one. It's that operations and the books are the same system. A charter week, a BSP ticket and a hotel stay all post a balanced journal, bill through the same e-invoicing pipeline, and roll into one margin number — so the owner dashboard tells the truth without a month-end export and a reconciliation spreadsheet.
AI is the intelligence layer, not a bolt-on checkbox. Voice notes become scored leads. Forwarded hotel confirmations become trip segments. Inbox replies get grounded drafts. None of it replaces the advisor — all of it makes the hour they spend per trip feel like three.
How we work
- We ship every week. The product was built phase by phase across parallel roadmaps — the digital-agenda builder, a ten-phase operations suite, a ten-phase double-entry accounting stack, and a vertical-by-vertical buildout from ticketing to charter. Every phase closes with a test guide the team writes before calling the ticket done.
- Compliance is a feature, not a checkbox. Jurisdiction-specific DPAs (external-counsel review in progress); a sub-processor list we keep continuously up to date; and a full audit history on every record so GDPR / KVKK requests get answered in minutes, not weeks.
- No pricing games. One price per plan, the same wherever you are — no regional games, no per-seat games. Pay monthly, or annually for ~8% off. Price changes are announced 90 days out and grandfathered to existing subscribers. The math is boring on purpose.
- Zero lock-in. Every record exports as structured JSON, plus every file you've uploaded. The day you want to leave, we hand you the keys.
