/solutions · bus & rail
The fare is the carrier's. The service fee is yours.
A bus or rail ticket is sold in the carrier's name: the fare belongs to the carrier, and your income is your service fee plus the commission the carrier pays you. Lydira splits the two on every sale, issues the right document for each, and keeps the carrier's money apart from yours until the month is settled.
Bus and rail tickets are sold by agencies in Türkiye.
- Ticket farefare notice, in the carrier's name$56.00
- Service feeyour invoice$6.00
- paid by the client$62.00
carrier commission $4.20 · settled at month end
/the old way
The fare and your service fee on one invoice, so the carrier's money reads as your revenue.
Refunds, open tickets and date changes worked out on a calculator at the counter.
A month-end commission invoice rebuilt from the carrier's statement, the remittance argued line by line.
/bus-and-rail
Built for how the bus & rail agencies day actually runs.
A ticket form built for the counter
Pick the carrier, type the trip and add the passengers. A return opens reversed in one click, a new passenger carries the previous fare, and the same seat can't be sold twice on one trip. Rail adds connections run by another operator, class, carriage and fare type (child, youth, senior, teacher and more).
Two documents, one click
Issue documents writes a fare notice in the carrier's name for the fare and your own invoice for the service fee, showing both amounts first. Sell without a client account and they go to the first passenger; issue a selection in bulk, or let period invoicing pick up the missing notices. Service fees come from your own rules by carrier, client, season or date.
Refunds, open tickets and changes, seat by seat
Refund one leg or both: the window suggests what goes back and what the carrier keeps from your rules, and the right refund document follows. An open ticket frees the seat and stays usable until its last day; a change fills the new ticket from the old one, and the client pays only the difference.
When the carrier cancels a trip
Enter the carrier, trip number and date, and every seat you sold on it is listed. Give each a full refund or an open ticket, one by one or all at once; each booking opens a disruption record, and entering the same trip twice writes nothing twice.
Carrier settlement, month by month
One row per carrier and month: tickets sold, estimated commission, the tier adjustment at month end, commission taken back on refunds, the fare you hold and the net to remit. Preview and issue the commission invoice, then record the remittance, netted against that invoice or paid in full while the carrier pays it.
A desk and analytics that read revenue right
A bus or rail agency opens on its own Today desk: departures today and tomorrow with seats, sales missing documents, expired options and the day's figures. Analytics by carrier, route, month, advisor and client count only your share as revenue, with turnover (what passengers paid) beside it.

/on the same platform
The vertical is specialised. The platform underneath isn’t separate.
Bus and rail run on the same client accounts, ledger and reports as every other product, so an agency that also sells flights or hotels doesn't keep a second system for the counter. Your revenue is your share; the carrier's money is held, settled and shown as theirs.
