/solutions · corporate travel
Your corporate clients book in your portal, inside their policy.
Corporate travel is a contract, not a sale: a travel policy to enforce, approvers to chase, a travel manager who wants reports and a finance team that pays monthly. Give each client a portal under your brand where staff book and request travel themselves, and run approvals, statements and credit from the same books as everything else.
The corporate buyer portal, staff requests, travel reports, custom fields and Who is where start at Agency; staff self-booking also needs the matching live booking add-on. Statements, credit limits and collections start at Team.

A corporate portal under your brand
Each client gets a portal with your logo, cover and contacts, on your own domain or a branded sign-in address. Staff see their trips, e-tickets and vouchers, message your team and read the documents you share; the client's own admin keeps the staff directory up to date.
Self-booking inside the travel policy
Staff search and hold flights, book hotels and request transfers themselves, seeing only what they pay. Every fare is checked against the client's policy (fare caps, cabin, advance purchase, airlines, nightly and per-leg caps), an out-of-policy pick asks for a reason, and the client's airline corporate codes are used in search on their own.
Approvals decided from the email
When the policy or a limit asks for sign-off, the approver decides straight from the email, without signing in. Their portal inbox shows exactly what's being signed: route, times, cabin, hotel and cancellation terms, the rule that was broken and the traveller's reason.
Visa and car rental requests
Staff request a visa or a rental car from the portal, and the requests land together on one desk on your side, so a request never waits in someone's inbox.
Reports for the travel manager
Policy compliance, flight carbon and missed savings by period, route and person, plus a booking list carrying the client's own fields and spend per person. Each reader sees their own scope: the whole company, their department or their own trips.
One traveller, several clients
A doctor two pharma companies send is one person, not two records: the identity stays in sync across every client that books them, and they get a portal of their own listing every trip, whoever paid.
Statements, credit and duty of care
Customer groups put a holding's companies under one consolidated statement and one credit limit; statements go out monthly on their own and overdue invoices move along a collections board. Custom fields like a project code print on the invoice, and when a region turns unsafe, Who is where shows your travellers on a map and sends them a safety check-in.

The vertical is specialised. The platform underneath isn’t separate.
Every portal booking is an ordinary sale on your side: it invoices, posts to the ledger, counts against the client's credit and shows up in the same margin dashboard. The portal is the client's door; the books behind it are yours.
