What reached Lydira this month.

New products and live booking

  • Booking API: sell flights on your own website through the same search you use in Lydira. Add-on on Team and up.
  • Live hotel booking: compare your hotel consolidator’s live rates with your own contracted ones and book the room from the same screen. Hotel Live Booking add-on, Team and up.
  • Airline corporate codes are kept on the client and used automatically in search, on the ticket and on the corporate portal.
  • Bus and rail tickets (Türkiye): sell in the carrier’s name, with refunds, open tickets and carrier settlement.
  • Live car rental, and transfer search across every connected provider.
  • e-Fatura and e-Arşiv can now run through two more integrators in Türkiye, so an agency already contracted with one of them connects it in settings and sends, receives and answers invoices without switching providers.
  • A hotel catalogue update from your hotel connections now runs in the background, so you can keep working; a notification tells you how many destinations and hotels were loaded, or why the update did not finish. Hotel Live Booking add-on.
  • Sabre flight search: connect your Sabre office, search its fares in Flight search and re-check the price of the fare you pick before you sell it. Flight Live Booking add-on, Team and up.
  • Visa document lists per consulate: keep your own list for each consulate or application centre and visa class, start it from our standard list or another consulate’s, and ask profile-specific documents only of employees, retirees or students. Open cases follow your edits. Studio and up.
  • Visa fees you can correct on the case: set the government or application centre fee the consulate actually charged, and it stays when the fees are rewritten. Your service fee now has its own field on the Fees card, above the markup. Studio and up.

Selling and pricing

  • Custom fields on every booking and traveller, usable in lists, reports, search and documents. Agency and up.
  • Commercial terms for each client on one page, with shared pricing tariffs and seasons.
  • Service fee rules on every product, not only flights.
  • New booking forms for stays, charters, cruises, rentals and transfers.
  • Traveller extras: the traveller pays for their own bag or extra night; the company’s invoice stays as it was.
  • Bulk invoicing on the ticket list now shows every ticket before the invoices are cut, and you can untick a passenger or a whole PNR to leave it out.
  • On a new ticket, the issuing system now fills itself in, and one passenger’s service fee can be applied to every passenger in one click.
  • In a PNR billed passenger by passenger, only the invoiced tickets are locked: the others stay editable, and cancelling an invoice lets you pick whose.
  • Ticket imports now bring in your service fee: from a fee column in the file, or one amount per ticket for the whole file.
  • A bulk ticket void from the ticket list now runs in the background, so you can keep working; a notification tells you how many tickets were voided and why any were not.
  • Ticket exchanges after a partial refund now carry only what the refund left.
  • Complimentary tickets now stay complimentary when exchanged, and you choose whether a fare difference is complimentary too or billed to the traveller.
  • Copy ticket now keeps the name you type for a directory passenger, and a ticket without a ticket number can no longer be invoiced.

Clients and travellers

  • User groups per company (ticketing, hotels, operations) organise your team, with a lead and members in each.
  • Who is where? and a safety check-in for travellers in a troubled region. Agency and up.
  • Attendee registration for events. Team and up.
  • One traveller across several corporate clients, with a portal of their own.
  • Customer portfolios, and roles that see only their own clients. Agency and up.
  • Traveller preferences that show where you book and reach suppliers where they help.
  • The inbox now reads like team chat, with compact messages grouped by day, a reply box that grows as you write and long, link-heavy emails folded to fit. It sits right above team chat in the menu.
  • Shared mailboxes bring info@ and your other shared addresses into the inbox as plain text, where each conversation goes to a team or a person, replies leave from the mailbox itself, a sender that could not be verified is flagged and an owner or admin can delete a conversation from Lydira.
  • Leads now sit under Customers in the menu, and a lead turns into a customer in one click from its row or the board, ready to pick on any sale.
  • Visas on the traveller’s page: record the visas a person or a company’s employee already holds, see their visa applications beside them, and save an approved visa onto the traveller in one click. Later trips to that country read as covered. Studio and up.

Corporate portal

  • Corporate portal staff book hotels and request transfers themselves, within the client’s travel policy and approvals. Agency and up.
  • Corporate portal: visa and car rental requests, travel reports for the travel manager, clearer approvals, guests, and a branded sign-in address for agencies without their own domain. Agency and up.
  • Visa documents can now be uploaded from the corporate portal, by the company’s travel coordinator or by the applicant. Every uploaded document, from the traveller portal and the visa quote link too, now waits for your approval, and a rejection sends your reason back to whoever uploaded it. Agency and up.

Finance

  • Customer groups bring a holding’s companies together under one consolidated statement and one credit limit.
  • Overhead on supplier bills: rent, couriers or the accountant’s fee book to their own expense category, next to booking costs.
  • Penalty and partial cancellation: cancel one guest, segment or service and keep your fee, while the rest of the booking stays open.
  • The accountant’s monthly report (Türkiye). Team and up.
  • Invoicing in Türkiye: the GİB number is given when the invoice is sent, with a live preview before you issue.
  • Supplier invoices that cover several bookings, or arrive in parts, now match on their own. Team and up.
  • Ticket refunds and voids, redesigned around one button on the sale.
  • The Borç / Alacak listesi now reads like the cari ekstre (Türkiye): a customer who owes you sits under Borç, a supplier you owe sits under Alacak.
  • Unsent proformas (Türkiye) now sit on their own card in overdue receivables, with the last day each can still go to GİB, and stay out of reminders, reconciliations and auto-cancel until they are sent.
  • The customer statement now opens with unbilled bookings included in the balance, and lists each unbilled ticket on its own line with its ticket number.
  • Commission rules now reach every product. A rule for a supplier or for stays, charters, cruises, rentals, transfers, tours, visas or events prices those sales too, and their commission joins the advisor payout. Team and up.

Security and privacy

  • One sign-in for several agencies: people who work for more than one agency choose where to go after signing in and move to another agency from the account menu, with one email and one password.
  • Team chat conversations can now be read only by their members, with no exception for the account owner or admins. The audit log keeps no trace of messages or of who talks to whom, no automatic AI feature reads direct messages, and the new version of the data processing agreement puts in writing that Lydira’s staff do not read team chat either. If Lydira’s support ever opens your team chat at your request, the account owner gets an email saying when, why and what was looked at.

Everything else

  • Every download now runs in the background, with a notification when the file is ready and a My exports page that keeps your files for a week.
  • Record history on every booking shows what changed, from what to what, and who changed it.
  • Analytics that stop moving: a sale stays in the month it was made, and a refund or cancellation shows up in the month it happened.
  • ⌘J research answers questions that need more than one report.
  • Report a problem from any screen, and follow it under My reports.
  • What’s new in the app shows what reached Lydira month by month, and marks in your menu what you haven’t seen yet.
  • Team chat has tighter message rows, day dividers and a channel details panel you open when you need it, and a mention or a search result now opens right on the message, however old. A message that could not be sent stays in the list to try again, and what you missed while offline arrives without a reload.
  • Profile settings are regrouped into four tabs (Profile, Preferences, Security, Activity), with who you are at a glance at the top and each card saving on its own.
  • An order summary now comes before every plan, credit pack and add-on purchase, showing what is charged today, what renews and which company the invoice names. Changing plan or adding an add-on mid-period shows the prorated amount before you confirm.
  • Search (⌘K) now gives every record type its own results, says how many matched and opens the rest with See all.
  • Agencies in Türkiye can now pay in Turkish lira: plans, add-ons and credit packs are priced in TRY with VAT and paid by card on iyzico’s secure page, with a reminder before each renewal.
  • Tasks can now be completed or deleted from the priority board and from the edit window too, not only from the list, and moving a card on the board no longer pops up a notice.

Removed

  • AI on customer pages is gone. The traveler portal’s assistant, the corporate portal’s invoice explanation and the feedback form’s suggested review no longer appear; AI now works only inside your agency.
