What reached Lydira this month.
New products and live booking
- Agency network: work directly with other Lydira agencies, and the ticket, its passengers and the invoice reach the other side’s books without anyone typing them again. Receiving is free on every plan; publishing is Studio and up.
- Events & MICE as a product line of its own: projects with a budget that keeps cost and sell apart, a call sheet with a client edition, crew, and the whole job in one dossier.
- Rooming board for hotel stays and cabin plan for cruises: drag guests into rooms or cabins, paste the hotel’s rooming list and download the cabin manifest.
- Airline sales report import now shows a preview before anything is created, reads your consolidator’s, AJet’s and Pegasus’ reports as they are, and puts seats, bags and bundles on the right passenger’s ticket.
- Live flight tracking on every ticket you sell: delays, reroutes and cancellations land on the sale and alert the advisor, and each ticket also shows its carbon footprint.
- PNR operations: split a PNR between billing parties, record an airline divide, and cancel a single passenger while the rest keep flying.
Selling and pricing
- Quote documents: clauses from your own terms library, revisions, options the client picks from the link, and a budget-versus-actual report once the quote sells.
- Voucher designer: give every voucher your colours, logo, letterhead and layout, on the PDF and on the page the guest opens from the QR code, with your client’s logo too if you want it.
- Markup as an amount or a percentage on every booking and quote line, and Lydira remembers which one you entered.
Finance
- Recurring invoicing: decide once, per client, when invoices go out and what they collect, and no period is ever billed twice. Team and up.
- Payables matching: the cost you estimated at sale meets the supplier’s real invoice, so nothing is counted twice and you see where the difference came from.
- Billed or not, at a glance: a billing column and quick filters on every product list, two balance cards on each booking (what the client owes you, what you owe the supplier), and this period’s sales and margin on every Today desk.
- Who owes what: every client and supplier balance on one aged list, and client statements that can include work not yet invoiced.
- Cancel just the invoice on any product line to correct and re-bill it, and a partial cancellation can now reissue a corrected invoice instead of a credit note.
- e-Invoice status on every list shows where each document stands at GİB, and you can test and pause your integrator connection from settings (Türkiye).
Security and privacy
- A new role editor: duplicate a preset, switch off what the role shouldn’t reach in a searchable list, and apply it to several people at once. Agency and up.
Everything else
- Import API: push tickets, bookings and customers into Lydira from your own systems, and manage your webhooks from settings. Team and up.
- Bulk cancel and delete from any product list: the work runs in the background while you carry on, and cancelled records you no longer need can go too.
- Search by number: type a ticket, EMD, PNR or document number into ⌘K, with or without dashes, and land on the booking.
