Getting started with Lydira

1. Sign up

Visit app.lydira.com/sign_up and create your account. You’ll land on a two-step wizard: what your agency sells — which shapes the menu, the daily desks and your setup steps — and your agency identity (legal name, tax ID and tax office; you can leave the tax fields for later).

Everything else lives in the setup centre at /setup-guide: what still needs doing, what’s optional, what you skipped, and health warnings like “no bank account yet” or “VAT rate is still zero”. A progress indicator in the top bar tracks the essentials and disappears on its own once they’re done.

2. Verify your email + choose a plan

We’ll email you a verification link. Click through, then pick:

  • A 14-day trial on Studio (500 AI credits, no credit card) if you want to evaluate
  • Solo / Studio / Team / Agency for active use — see pricing
  • Enterprise for SSO, self-hosted, or custom terms — contact sales

3. Invite your team (Studio and above)

Settings → Team → Invite. Each advisor gets their own login, scoped to the companies and branches they work on. Owner, admin and member cover most agencies; on Team and above you can build your own roles — switch off whole modules, permission actions one by one, and mask cost, sell, personal data or passport numbers from the people who shouldn’t see them. Masking holds in exports too, so a masked figure can’t leak through a CSV.

4. Add your customers

Create them individually under Customers → New, or let them accrue as you work — a forwarded enquiry, a business-card scan, or a voice memo each create a customer record.

Bringing a full book over from another system? Go to Settings → Imports. Customers, suppliers, leads, tickets, hotel stays, transfers, cruises, rentals, tour departures, invoices and supplier bills all import from CSV or Excel: upload, map your columns, run a dry run, then confirm. Rejected rows come back as a file you fix and re-upload, and opening balances load in a step of their own — so day one starts with your real balances rather than zero. Stuck on something specific?
